探访佛山“美食秘境”

Many love exploring the beautiful scenery and tasting delicious food during their holidays; Foshan, an important birthplace of Lingnan culture, is a must-visit for them. Almost every district of Foshan has its own specialty when it comes to delicacies.

Many restaurants in Shunde district take fish as their specialty. And  Dongzao Fish Head,  a kind of fish hot pot that combines Sichuan hot pot with local fish, is an all-time hit. Braised trotters and Yubingshao wine of Chancheng district have no equal, while Yanbu eggplants are a must-eat in Nanhai district. However, never forget to taste the crispy Dading bitter melon with wasabi while visiting the district.

畅游天下美景、品味人间美食是不少人节假日里“背起行囊”的重要目的，来一趟岭南文化的重要发源地——佛山，总是没错的。

在佛山顺德，不少餐厅以“鱼”为招牌菜。做“鱼头火锅”的东灶鱼头，把四川的火锅和顺德的鱼融合在一起，走一条新的火锅路线。在佛山禅城，有享誉海内外酝扎猪蹄和石湾玉冰烧。石湾玉冰烧在原来米酒酿造工艺上，增加“缸埕陈酿、肥肉酝浸”，酝浸了肥肉后的米酒变得更加清透醇香，口感甘洌。在佛山南海，盐步秋茄是不得不品尝的“不二之选”。在佛山南海，爽脆、甘甜的口感是大顶苦瓜刺身是食客们必点的菜式。
