【雲上嶺南】Contemporary teens from Lingnan Performed Cantonese Opera！

红豆生辉!“南国小红豆”唱响粤曲

The Cantonese rhyme resounds by the Pearl River, and the "Red Beans" grow in southern land in spring. (Cantonese opera has the reputation of "Southern Red Beans" in China. The kids, who are learning Cantonese opera, are called the "Tiny Red Beans".)

On March 10, the 6th Guangzhou Liwan District Youth Cantonese Opera Performance opened at the Cantonese Opera Art Museum. The young actors from 31 programs, including three teams from Hong Kong and Macao, from 17 schools performed together on the stage, showing the style of contemporary teens from Lingnan.

The previous performances have witnessed the presence of groups of young Cantonese opera buffs. They build a platform for the inheritance and development of Cantonese Opera, discovering promising Cantonese opera performers. #artandculture

粤韵响彻珠水畔，南国红豆春发生。3月10日，广州荔湾区第六届“红豆生辉”青少年粤剧粤曲展演在粤剧艺术博物馆拉开帷幕。

17所学校共31个节目的小演员们共同登台演出，展现了当代“南国小红豆”的风采，其中还包括了来自港澳地区的3支队伍。

历届展演活动涌现了一批批喜爱粤剧的青少年，为粤剧界传承发展发掘好苗子，搭建好平台。
