木刻饼印:一份情怀、一缕乡愁
As the Mid-Autumn Festival approaches, most mooncakes need to bemadefrom woodcut pastry molds before entering large-scale industrial production. Therefore, woodcut pastry molds are also very popular among cake makers, tea houses, hotels and households. One of the few adherents is Yang Haicheng, the 67-year-old representative of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Woodcut Pastry Mold Project in Foshan. He has been engaged in pastry mold carving for 50 years, witnessing the prosperity and decline of the industry.
中秋临近,在进入大规模工业化生产前,月饼大多需通过木刻饼印制作,因此,木刻饼印也深受饼家、茶楼、酒店及居民家庭欢迎。今年67岁的佛山市级非遗佛山饼印项目代表性传承人杨海成是为数不多的坚守者之一,他从事饼印雕刻已有50载,见证了木刻饼印的兴盛和式微。
